The process goes through department-level recommendations, college-level selection and school-level secret ballot, and ultimately selects outstanding role models who represent the school's teaching quality. Mr. Zhang Jialin from the Department of Foreign Languages and Literature: Mr. Zhang is good at using digital tools and innovative teaching methods to stimulate students' interest in learning, and presents rich learning outcomes through video recording, cloud sharing and display of creative works. She also actively participates in educational activities on campus and is committed to promoting teaching and cross-border cooperation.
Ms. Luo Yiling from the Department of Product and Media Design: Ms. Luo designs courses by combining theory and practice, and teaches universal care design based on the needs of the elderly. Her results have been widely recognized. Her teaching innovations reduce students' learning burden while improving course effectiveness.
